Attraverso il sito www.Power-News.it (d’ora in poi Powernews) gli utenti del servizio possono accedere alle informazioni di volta in volta fornite da Power-News.
Le presenti Condizioni Generali disciplinano l’utilizzo del sito di Powernews e dei servizi forniti agli Utenti da Power-News. (d’ora in poi ” Contenuti”)
L’accesso ad alcuni Contenuti è fornito gratuitamente e liberamente a tutti gli Utenti della rete e non comporta alcun onere di registrazione o economico, fatti salvi i costi telefonici di collegamento al punto di accesso (POP) che l’Utente corrisponderà direttamente al soggetto fornitore del collegamento stesso. L’accesso ad altri contenuti è fornito dietro pagamento.
Powernews ha la facoltà di modificare in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso alcuno, a propria sola ed esclusiva discrezione, i contenuti e le modalità operative e di funzionamento del Servizio. Nella fruizione dei Contenuti l’Utente si impegna a rispettare le presenti Condizioni Generali.
È possibile la cancellazione da parte dell’Abbonato In caso di sottoscrizione di un abbonamento con conseguente rimborso totale di quanto pagato solo fino al momento in cui il servizio non sia stato attivato (“periodo di prova”). L’abbonato accetta che qualsiasi comunicazione di annullamento dell’abbonamento stesso che pervenga oltre il periodo di prova e per la durata dello stesso, avrà efficacia decorrente dalla fine del periodo di abbonamento prescelto.
Powernews si riserva il diritto di sospendere o interrompere l’abbonamento, senza corresponsione di alcun rimborso, in caso di violazione di questi Termini e Condizioni, con o senza preavviso e senza ulteriore obbligo nei Suoi confronti.
Tutti i contenuti del Sito appartengono al Powernews che detiene tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale (compreso il copyright e diritti di database). Nessun diritto di proprietà intellettuale contenuto all’interno può essere trasferito
Tutte le informazioni, i dati, gli articoli, i contenuti editoriali, i software, le immagini, i grafici, i file audio e video, i disegni e, in generale, il materiale contenuto e pubblicato attraverso i “Contenuti” sono di proprietà di Powernews se sono protetti dalle leggi in materia di proprietà industriale e/o intellettuale. L’Utente si obbliga a non copiare, modificare, creare lavori derivati da o, comunque, disporre in qualsiasi altro modo dei Contenuti.
Utilizzo consentito
L’abbonato può visionare i Contenuti per uso personale su qualsiasi dispositivo compatibile con il Sito (PC, laptop, tablet o altro dispositivo mobile) e conservare i Contenuti su quel dispositivo al solo uso personale;
stampare i singoli articoli al solo uso personale;
utilizzare i feed RSS generati dal sito www.powernews.eu/rss ad esclusivo uso personale.
Si ribadisce inoltre che – in aggiunta ai diritti previsti dalla legge italiana con riferimento alle limitazioni d’uso qui di seguito riportate – esse sono di natura contrattuale e vincolano tutti gli Utenti del Sito.
Limitazioni d’utilizzo
Non è possibile utilizzare i Contenuti per scopi illegali o diversi da quelli indicati nella sezione “Utilizzo consentito” che precede, a meno che l’abbonato non abbia acquistato da Powernews una specifica licenza per l’utilizzo dei contenuti. In caso di domande l’abbonato deve contattare [email protected] A mero titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, non è possibile:
– condividere il proprio Nome Utente e Password con nessun altro se l’abbonato è un Utente Registrato. La condivisione della password è una violazione dei nostri Termini e Condizioni e rischia di determinare una violazione del diritto d’autore. Powernews monitora constatemene l’utilizzo del Sito per rilevare la condivisione password;
– copiare, pubblicare, ripubblicare integralmente gli articoli e i Contenuti o qualsiasi informazione ottenuta o da essa derivata;
– copiare, pubblicare, ripubblicare i titoli in qualsiasi modo salvo quanto previsto dalla sezione “Utilizzo consentito” di cui sopra; – archiviare o memorizzare i Contenuti per consentire l’accesso a terzi; –
creare riassunti, estratti o altre opere derivate dai Contenuti, salvo quanto previsto dalla sezione “Utilizzo consentito” che precede;
– fotocopiare o scansionare copie di articoli per uso diverso da quello personale;
– eliminare il copyright o il marchio commerciale da qualsiasi tipo di Contenuto;
– creare un database in formato elettronico o in qualsiasi altra forma utile per la conservazione di tutti o parte dei Contenuti.

Powernews non è in grado di verificare l’attendibilità’ di tutte le informazioni disponibili attraverso i Contenuti e, pertanto, eventuali decisioni di effettuare investimenti sulla base di tali informazioni saranno responsabilità esclusiva dell’Utente. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente
