ContourGlobal and Credit Suisse partners in the Italian PV market
ContourGlobal Italia, controlled by the independent listed ContourGlobal on the London Stock Exchange, sold 49% of its portfolio of photovoltaic assets in Italy and Slovakia for 63 million euros to a group of funds advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners (Cseip).
