Munich’s based BayWa has sold its 65% stake of Alisea Srl owner of the 41.7 MW Lacedonia wind farm in the Campania region of Italy to developer Nisida, part of the De Vizia Group.
The wind farm has six Vestas V110-2.0 MW and nine V126-3.3MW. The contract comprises a 10-year full scope Active Output Management (AOM 5000) service agreement.
It entered into commercial operations in December 2015.
